Privacy and Confidentiality

The tools we use to interact daily are no longer just practical, but are now deeply personal as well.  Digital images of our lives –pictures, videos, conversations, documents– are kept on our computers and cell phones, and they should remain private unless we decide to share them.  The last thing you should have to worry about is whether your data is safe, and we here at Wisp want to stress that the security of your information is our top priority. Our services are focused only on the issue-at-hand and nothing else.

Wisp has not, does not, and will not ever distribute or sell any private information on our clients’ devices or the personal information we collect for completing transactions. Storage of device information will be limited to repairs that require data transfers, and will be deleted immediately upon completing the transaction. Passwords are required only when they are critical to complete a repair or perform a service.
